overall a very good program. I have tried both demo and full version of the Nucleus Kernel Word Document Repair Software and I must say it is one of the best Word repair software I have ever tried. I downloaded the demo version of the software and found the results quite exciting. The good news is that I got a chance to preview the content of the repaired file and save it in the desired location with the demo version itself. I was a bit annoyed when I was not able to install and register the full version of the software, even after I had made the payment. But the excellent customer support of the company came to my rescue. They resent the activation email and helped me step-by-step to install the software as well as repair my word document and assured me that if I am facing any difficulty or not getting desired results, they will give me a Refund. The good news is that situation never came.

Beware!.
Beware: The demo version reports files as repaired when you run them through the program, but there is no way to see the results until you buy the full version. Once you have the full version you realize your files cannot be fixed with this product.
A refund? good luck... The company refuses to refund your money unless you send them the word documents for them to repair at their shop. If they repair them, they assume the program is good and refund nothing. Now, if you have documents with sensitive info in them and you CANNOT send them out, what are you to do?
Cons: Inability to really test software with demo version. Not a serious company. No regard for customers at all.
